Who Are You?

For Clients

If you’re planning a future project and expect to need on-site labor support, you can submit an early-interest request.

This is not the dispatch request form. That page will open once RLPG’s contractor roster and scheduling system are fully active.

Submitting early interest simply ensures your project is prioritized when full dispatch becomes available.

For Independent Contractors (IC)

RLPG is actively gathering interest from independent contractors who want to be considered for upcoming job opportunities.

Once our worker roster is complete and onboarding steps are finalized, we’ll begin reaching out with next steps.

Once our roster is finalized, you’ll receive full confirmation and next steps.

4. Dispatch Begins
Approved independent contractors will be assigned as availability and scheduling allow.

Our Process for Independent Contractors

1. Submit Your Information
Tell us about your experience and availability.

2. Screening & Pre-Onboarding
RLPG reviews your details and reaches out when the next onboarding stage opens.

3. Approval & Dispatch List
Approved contractors will be added to our dispatch queue.

4. Job Offers
As client requests come in and schedules align, you’ll be contacted for available assignments.

Project address
Start date & preferred time
Type of support needed
Onsite contact name & phone
Any safety or access requirements

Independent Contractors

For approval and onboarding, you will eventually need:

Valid identification
W-9 information
Ability to review and sign the Independent Contractor Agreement
Transportation to job sites
Willingness to follow jobsite safety rules
